In collaboration with our reliable service partner, we ensure that your package is delivered safely and responsibly to your door! As soon as we register your order, you will receive an email with the information for delivering your order. You will also receive an email with a Track&Trace with the exact delivery time of your order by the service partner. Before our service partner delivers your package, you will receive an email on the day of delivery with a more specific delivery time. So you can see exactly when your package will arrive. The delivery person always calls 20 minutes before your order is delivered.
Ordered before 16:30 PM will be delivered the next working day.
No, you do not have to pay anything if you return a Vuurwaardehaard product yourself. We can also have it collected by the carrier, where we will pass on the costs to the customer. If you are not at home during a second return attempt, an additional amount of €2 will be charged.
Exchanges with us are very easy & free! You always get 30 days' reflection period. If you would like to exchange or return something, this is possible!
We will register your return shipment and come to collect the shipment from you. As soon as we receive the decorative fireplace, we will send the new decorative fireplace to you the same day.
You can return/exchange your decorative fireplace within 30 days. Once the 30 days have passed, this is no longer possible. As soon as the box is damaged or the decorative fireplace is not in the same condition as it was delivered (new condition, unused), you cannot exchange or return products at Vuurwaardehaard BV.
What we find very important if you exchange or return a product is that you use transparent adhesive tape and not duct tape. Including all accessories included.
We will refund your money within 5 working days of receiving your return.
You will receive a track & trace via email so that you can follow the shipment live where and when the delivery person arrives at your door.
You will receive a 'We missed you' card in your mailbox. We will resubmit your order to you the next working day. Our driver will contact you by telephone on the delivery day.
