In collaboration with our reliable service partner, we ensure that your package is delivered safely and responsibly to your doorstep! Once we register your order, you will receive an email with the information for delivering your order. You will also receive an email with a Track&Trace code indicating the exact delivery time of your order by our service partner. On the day of delivery, before our service partner delivers your package, you will receive another email with a more specific delivery time so you can see exactly when your package will arrive. The delivery person always calls 20 minutes before delivering your order.

Delivery time of my order?

Ordered before 4:30 PM will be delivered the next working day.

Do I have to pay for returns?

No, you don't have to pay anything when you exchange or return a product from Vuursfeerhaard. If you're not at home during a second return attempt, a fee of €65 will be charged.

I want to exchange a product.

Exchanging a product is very easy and free with us! You always have 30 days to decide. If you want to exchange or return something, it's possible!

We register your return shipment and come to collect it from you. Once the fireplace is back with us, we'll send you the new one on the same day.

When do I NO LONGER have the right to return or exchange?

You can return/exchange your fireplace within 30 days. Once the 30 days have passed, it's no longer possible. If the box is damaged, or if the fireplace is not in the same condition as it was delivered (new, unused), you won't be able to exchange or return products at Vuursfeerhaard B.V.

We do find it very important that you use transparent tape instead of duct tape when you exchange or return a product, and that all accessories are included.

Money back?

We will transfer your money back within 5 working days after receiving your return shipment.

Live Track & Trace

You will receive a track & trace code via email, which allows you to track your shipment live and see exactly when the delivery person will arrive at your doorstep.

What should I do if I missed my shipment?

You will receive a "We missed you" card in your mailbox. We will offer your shipment to you again the next working day. On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you by phone.
